Important Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we begin the school year, we want to ensure that drop-off and pick-up times run smoothly and safely for everyone. Please take a moment to review and follow these important guidelines:
Use Green Areas Only
Drop-off and pick-up must take place in the designated green areas only. Please refer to the attached map for the correct locations.
No Unsupervised Street Crossing
For your child’s safety, students are not allowed to cross traffic or pick-up lanes without adult supervision. Always use crosswalks and staff-monitored areas.
Pull Forward
To help keep traffic flowing, please pull as far forward as possible before stopping to let your child in or out of the car.
No Drop-Off/Pick-Up in Outside Lane
The outside lane is not for loading or unloading students. Stopping in this lane creates a serious safety risk and delays traffic for others.
Have a Plan
Designate a pick-up location with your child ahead of time, and review it together regularly. Clear communication helps everyone!
Bikes and Scooters
Students riding bikes or scooters must walk them while on school property. All bike racks are located on the north side of the building (refer to map).
Bus Loop Use
Please note that school buses will use the front loop (yellow area on the map) in the afternoon. For the safety of all students, do not pick up students in the bus loop at any time.
Please, Please, Please Be Patient
We know drop-off and pick-up can be hectic, but student safety is our #1 priority. A little patience goes a long way in keeping everyone safe.
